DIY Bangle Display

Hey ladies!

Do you have this problem? Got so many beautiful bangles but you forgot what you even have because all you chunky bracelets are in a drawer somewhere?

Bunch of Bangles

I’ll show how to turn that messy pile of bangles into this!

Here’s everything you’ll need! I had all this on hand so it cost me 0.00$.

Supplies:

  • Thick piece of cardboard roughly 12″ x 12″ x 1/4″ thick or thicker
  • 4 leftover cardboard rolls from wrapping paper rolls cut to desired sizes (can all be the same or different like mine)
  • Wrapping paper of your choice
  • Masking tape
  • Electrical tape
  • Black acrylic paint
  • Paint brush
  • Pencil or pen
  • Black card stock (small pieces about 2″ x 8″)
  • Scissors
  • Glue Gun

Instructions:

  1. Cut wrapping paper and tape up the 12″ x 12″ piece of cardboard.
  2. Tape one end of the tube with electrical tape. You can hold the part where the electrical tape is while you paint the tube. Then paint the tube with the black acrylic paint.

  3. While tubes are drying we, trace and cut out little circles to glue on the bottoms of the tubes (side where you have the electrical tape).
  4. Now it’s time to glue those circles on the tubes with your glue gun.

  5. Let that glue dry and then glue the finished tubes on the cardboard base.
  6. After that dries you can now place your bangles on your creation! It’s great because now you can actually see all the bangles/ bracelets in your collection.

Step it up! This display does the job of holding the bangles well. If you want an even stronger display, try using pvc tubes from the hardware store and a plank of wood instead.

Let me know if you have any questions about this project!
