Yes can you believe it? You can have rich chocolaty brownies that are actually healthy and contain no flour! I’ll admit that I was skeptical at first but after tasting them I’m convinced that this is one of the best brownie recipes out there! 

The original recipe comes from skinnytaste but here is how I made them:
Ingredients:

– 1 (14 oz) canned black beans, rinsed and drained

– 2 large eggs 

– 1/2 cup cocoa powder 

– 3/4 cup organic sugar

– 1/2 teaspoon oil

– 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk (or dairy, skim)

– 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

– 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 

– 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground coffee or instant coffee

– 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, divided 
Directions:

– Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth

– Fold in 1/2 of chocolate chips and sprinkle remaining on top 

– Bake in greased pan for 30-32 mins at 350° F.

– Cool completely before slicing and serving

– Eat and enjoy! Makes 16 brownies
